The much-talked-about independent film, which was screened at film festivals in 13 countries (including the United States, the Netherlands, India, the United Kingdom, and France) in 2024 and won a total of 32 film awards, will be released in theaters for the first time in Japan!
Introduction
The film is a docudrama that combines documentary techniques and drama, based on the actual events of the 2019 to 2020 “democracy demonstrations” in Hong Kong, and portrayed from two different perspectives: Diana Sato, a Hong Kong woman living in Japan, and Taku Nagayasu, a Japanese national.
