This much-talked-about film, which won the Special Jury Prize at the 12th Antakya International Film Festival in Turkey in 2024, has been shown at film festivals in 13 countries around the world, including the United States, the Netherlands, India, the United Kingdom, France, and Italy, and has won a total of 32 film awards, will be screened in Japan for the first time!
Introduction
The film is based on the actual events of the "democracy protests" that took place in Hong Kong from 2019 to 2020, and is told from the different perspectives of two Hong Kong women living in Japan, Diana Sato, and a Japanese man, Taku Nagato.
This is a docudrama that combines documentary techniques with dramatic drama.
あらすじ
香港出身の女性、佐藤ダイアナ（41歳）は息子のエイジ（8歳）と東京で生活をしていた。ダイアナは息子の将来のため副業として中国語会話教室を始める。
その教室に、ロスジェネ世代で自分の将来を見出せずにいた日本人の長安拓（35歳）が
参加してくる。長安はダイアナの影響を受け日本から世界へ目を向けるようになっていく。しかし、ダイアナの故郷、香港では世界を揺るがす大きな問題が起きていた・・
